Odd that. I’m rarely silent and often not lucid.
I do sometimes feel like I’m searching for the camera crew. If I’m not living in a sit-com, I don’t know why I’m not writing one!
But really, what can you expect here?

I’m a teacher,
a new one really, (c’mon I don’t think I can say that anymore!) I’ve been teaching three six ten years. It was a career change for me; after my sons were in school full time, I decided to go back to university and get my teaching degree. I am the mother of three wonderful boys, all teenagers now all adults and in the summer of 2012 I acquired an adult step-daughter.
In 2017, my world changed through a traumatic health event. You can read about it starting here. However, I still managed to complete my Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Education by May 2017 and I’m in the middle of working on my Master of Education in Sustainability, Creativity, and Innovation and finding my way to the new normal.
I love food and wine.
And my heart belongs to Manchester United. (Well, it really belongs to my husband, but Manchester United is tied for first place.)
So basically, what it says … Writing, Teaching, Parenting, Food, Health and Football
